Installing Drivers for a new CPU

my computer is basically a frankenstien converted from an old computer i had. it was a scok gateway.i just got a new Processor for it, this one is a Dual core instead of the Old Quad Core. im not getting quite the proformance i think i should be getting, and programs like Speedfan cant detect my CPUs tempature. my question is, where do i get the drivers for it, and what drivers do i get. do they install any differant then graphics card drivers?this is my MOBO - i cant seem to find any CPU drivers. for itInstalling Drivers for a new CPU

yes, but which one of those is a driver for a new CPU; i see BIOs driver, is that it?
You dont need drivers for a new CPU, if your mobo doesent support your current cpu then flashing your bios might help.
The motherboard ones, inatll them all....
