Widescreen Is Amazing!

So i took the plunge today and bought a new monitor, being that i wanted to spend under 300 and i dont have a ton of deskspace i went with a samsung 19 inch. Yes widesceen ain't supported in all games and yes my gtx 280 could display much higher resolutions but i gotta say it still looks great. I picked up crysis, crysis warhead, and the witcher EE so im gonna go enjoy those, but im sorry i waited so long to take the plunge. Widescreen Is Amazing!

I'm with the rest of the guys wide screen gaming rocks. I just hate having to apply FOV hacks to games like Bioshock or Far Cry 2 that don't support wide screen FOVs even though they support the resolutions. Oh it looks like we're meant to include our monitor type to for some kind of bragging rights. I've got a Dell 24'' 2408WFP UltraSharp.
If you attach your C.P.U to a good LCD TV (Sony, Samsung) using a HDMI video cable made specifically for LCDs to attach to a C.P.U., you will not believe your eyes coz you will never see clarity and graphics in any other combination..I purchased a Samsung 32'' LCD TV (widescreen) in August and attached it with my C.P.U., ever since then I'm enjoying it..
Yeah its nice. I got my gaming computer hooked up to my 42'' TV and love it. I don't understand why more people don't do it. I also just got a 22'' LCD for my spare/internet rig.
I have a 20'' WS, but a gtx 280 is serious overkill for 1440*900 :|........
