Sounds like a stupid question I know. But do you think it is ok to carry around a Dell laptop in an Alienware bag? I figure that Dell owns Alienware now so it is ok, plus all the other carry cases I can find for 17'' I dont like.Dell XPS Alienware case
You can carry your laptop in a shopping bag from Vons if you want, it's not going to affect anything.Dell XPS Alienware case
Sure if you don't mind people looking at the branding on the bag and maybe stealing your notebook. I've always felt safer keeping my notebooks as hidden as possible.

That's good I guess. Personally I just like non-descript bags. But hey it's your money and insurance if it gets stolen. Do what you want.
No, xps laptops have their own bags made specifically for them. It has to do with air flow issues with other standard kinds of laptop carriers. If you carry it in the alien ware too long, the laptop will overheat when you turn it on, plus carrying it in an alienware voids the warranty...Just kiddin.
