4870x2 Driver issue any tips ?!

I tryed Driver Sweeper / Driver cleaner pro nothing solve to it so i reinstall Driver all time and the lag in display for my NEC mutlsiynfc 77F Keep occur

Should i blame DFI beta motherboard Driver or Visiontek manifacturer for my 4870x2 poor performances
i being trying to fix it but look like il have to wipe out xp or switch to vista or w/e for not have the bug again
i wonder if you guy can explain why it happen il tell you in detail what happen

i play Wc3 / Oblivion / Any game i go to alt-tab once to switch music trougn my playlist or even tough if i don't
once i alt-tabedded i notify a strange input lag also wehn it come to load wc3 / oblivion before game load out
i do get a screen of blackness like for 2.5 second which i notifity then it load game ? or back to the game
tough wc3 is a really low consummation stuff and oblivion as well for my rig i find it odd

because the only solution to fix it for a temporary way is to uninstall CCC %26 reinstall it tough i get no error at install all Green text
and Window xp update up to date and a Fresh window XP of not even 1 month and half it being occuring since
i reinstalled DRIVer 8.9 Ten Time and il have to re-install it a 11th time and then 2-3 day will pass and the error will come back
so i belive it neither a VIDEO CARD / motherboard / monitor issue with my VGA 1280x1024 monitor
tough i'm about to buy VISTA %26 LCD monitor of 1920x1200 i donno what Causing it and id require to know where to complain about it ? DFI website ? or AMD Website OR Visiontek Website or you guy can find my problems
Reguarding my 4870x2 Visiontek From ncix.com in canada for 599$ according GPU Z Everting is fine : linked ADAPTER YES
It display Two thing 4870x2 First : 12 GB pixel rate and the other 8GB the fillrate and lower clock tough i'm not sure it normal

even when i go alt-tab a second tiem or a third time the effect stay same i see some lag input or stuff that haven't occur to me once even with my 7600GT artifacting Video card i could only notifies graphical error with my OLD 7600GT but never such thing
as lack of fluidity in the animation like if the game was at 15fps tough it say on xfire / fraps that it running stable at 60fps
and oblivion being slow motion ever since and you know . that mean all other game are slow motion so i want a fix to it and if it reinstall XP and do someting then il do it or if it to RMA the video card

if i should go to somewhere else to fix the issue i wonder cause i payed 1500$ for someting that don't work as it should
AND I NOTICED i can fix the problems only temporary but sure annoying to reinstall driver all time :(4870x2 Driver issue any tips ?!
Sounds like a driver problem, do you have the latest motherboard driver, you could try other driver, myabe there are 3rd party some specialized ones by now... 4870x2 Driver issue any tips ?!
well if you have vista just go to the install manager and remove the display driver. this is what i did. then install 8.10
