need Serious help

I have just recently installed Dead space on my PC, It installed fine but when I enter the main menu screen, it seem to cut off some of the screen (no black bars appear) I thought it might also be a scaling problem and the resolution is set to my native monitor, other games run fine. As well when I play the game the opening movie is fine but when it goes to game play it starts spinning, almost like a controller or mouse failure but that is not the case either, I did install it on my other computer and no problems occurred but that is not my gaming PC and it would be unplayable due to hardware constraints. So there is two issues 1- the menu screen is meassed up (resoultion or scalling prolem but only in tht game no other game has the problem.2-when i do finnaly run the game it starts spinning like a mouse failure but its not So yeah lol i need some help on this one guysI have also just renistalled windows updated all my divers and re-installed the game and no luck, I also switch the graphics cards and still no luck I really don't know what to doneed Serious help

try installing and playing the game on another pc that has the hardware to do so..
