Need some help here please..

Everytime I log onto firefox, I get this message. I have to click ''cancel'' and then I can go from there. Its not a huge deal, but it would be nice to make it stop. When I format my hdd and have everything fresh, it dont do it. BUT after a while I either download something or it just does it on its own and it starts popping up. What do you think? Need some help here please..
You can change those notices in firefox security options, just hit continue. Need some help here please..
