It should, but theres no guarantee. Boards can be finnicky about RAM. Only thing that could be an issue is ram voltage, but if thats standard 1.8v it shouldn't be a problem.(Please Help) - Will this RAM work on my ...
I'm not positive, but it should work. Try this RAM instead. It's also 667 mhz RAM, but it's from Newegg and it's $22 with shipping. 229 out of the 271 reviews given to this scored 5 eggs, which is 84%. Before you buy anything, though, check the computer's user manual to make sure that 667 mhz RAM will work with that motherboard.
It look like unbranded ram, if your mobo's highest ram freq is 533Mhz then this will will just downclock to 533Mhz , will work ok.
