If you enable connection sharing on your PC and it is connected to the internet, you should be able to connect your ps3 to it, unless the ps3 has some sort of software that doesn't allow such a thing. Using a Verizon air card for gaming might provide pretty bad results, however; I wouldn't recommend it, for the sake of the people whose games you will ruin through lag.
