**HELP ** GPU problem? - After building ...

So I just built my PC, everything starts up fine. Except for one issue.. nothing displays on my screen. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. A few times, the pc would start, turn off by itself, then turn back on... and when it starts for the 2nd time.. the monitor will display it.I am super confused, is it a short somewhere? What are the computer specifications?
Mobo: P5Q Pro
1GB RAM
PSU: Corsair 750W
GPU: nVidia 8600 GTS
160GB Western Digital HDD
Samsung DVD ROM Drive

The old revision doesn't support the newer Wolfdale or Yorkfield CPUs. I think the newest BIOS version is 1406. Information on upgrading/flashing the BIOS can be found here.

ok I skimmed through it. It shows you need a floppy? I dont have a floppy drive? How do i go about this.... im confused?
If you don't see anything at all, you will have to contact ASUS through that same website. They may have a solution for you. I don't know how to work around this problem.
yeah. I see it sometimes... sometimes I dont. f**k.... I might as well just take it to a pro.. and have them fix my problem
