I was thinking of steeping up through evga, but I still have 60 days. I thought maybe If I waited, a 280 could be had for the price of a 260?Any idea when new nvidia cards are comin ...

Damn, Im tempted to get a 260. Just so I can make games like Far Cry 2 and Crysis a bit smoother. The 9800 gtx+ is alright, but i want just a few more fps.
Supposedly Nvidia has a 55nm refresh of the GTX 200 series coming later this year. I'd hold off and see if you can score a 55nm GTX 260 for a good price, depending on what card you have now.
