Should I send them back to newegg?

My computer freezes and the screen buzzes quite frequently. I was reading online that this might be due to a bad motherboard or ram. Should I just try and get a replacement sent to me from newegg. Neweggs policy says a refund/replacement is available until 30 days after purchase and it's already been 20.Should I send them back to newegg?
Did you buy it as a complete build or did you biuld it yourself?Should I send them back to newegg?
I ordered all the parts and my friend built it.
try to yes- and hurry :X
Well if you send back a working part they will not refund your money, you need to get someone to check it out for you!
forget the refund, he can get it replaced for no charge, besides theres a restocking fee if he were to get a refundso yes, send it back, get your replacement, ive done it a dozen times
