Problems with Adobe Flash Player 10

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'll give it a shot. When I turned my computer on yesterday I was prompted to upgrade to a new version of Adobe flash player. I agreed and went about my normal routine but wasn't prompted by anything to choose a language, or complete the download but I didn't notice anything until I tried watching a video on Youtube.I clicked the youtube link that was directing me to download flash player and I accepted everything there but once again, after having accepted the installation, no loader bar appeared, the screen just refreshed saying that it was installed...but still, it won't work.So I tried to uninstall whatever version my computer had to re-download, but the only thing appearing in m programs for adobe is reader and shockwave.I tried to download player 9 but I still can't get any response.anyone have any ideas?Problems with Adobe Flash Player 10

It also happened with my Windows Media Player.. Long story short, after doing a clean install for another reason, it stopped and everything downloaded and installed fine after that. I don't have a clue as to why that happens but I know that a clean install (as a last resort of course) will solve the problem. Problems with Adobe Flash Player 10
