Need advice on what PC to buy

Here is one of the PCs I am looking at: http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/iBUYPOWER-Gamer-528EX-Desktop-PC-GAMER528EX/sem/rpsm/oid/219718/catOid/-12962/rpem/ccd/productDetail.doEverything seems good to me, except for the processor which I really have no idea how good it is (AMD Phenom 9550 quad core 2.2ghz)?? Also, I've never heard of the company making it, ibuypower?? I am not very intelligent with computers... Then there is this PC: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883113080It is pretty much the same PC for $220 more, except the processor seems slightly better and it is made by Gateway... Advice please, which one should I go with??****I know I could probably build one for cheaper, but I am not interested****Need advice on what PC to buy
well i dont live in us but pplz tell me newegg is good store..anyway there both ok, intels core 2 is much stronger than Amd phenom's4850 is pretty nice graphics card.. 8gb ram is overkill, 6gb seems ok..hope i helped :) Need advice on what PC to buy
I would go with the Gateway and as it's got Windows 64bit installed the 6GB will be utilised. Watch out for software incompatibilities with 64bit though.
Intel seems to be stronger than the AMD builds. Read the comments here and if you have a friend inside this whole PC hardware ask him what he thinks about the builds you're considering. I'd go intel... 8Gig is a waste.
