good cpu load temp?

i ran stress test for OCCT, for 10 min straight nad my max load temp was 60 degrees celcius. can i overclock on that? my processor is a q6600, and what is a good load temp for a q6600?good cpu load temp?
Depends. I know some people who get loads of low 40's with quads but they also have aftermarket cooling (Zalman mostly). I myself have arctic cooling for my E6600 and my load temps after a few hours playing Far Cry 2 are 50 on both cores. I better see if I have an adjustable fan speed. I'd say much higher than 60 and you'll see noticeable performance dips from the heat.
